For non-contact measurement applications, Plano manufactures a range of automatic and manual measurement devices based on optical imaging technology. High-quality optics ensure excellent image quality and highly accurate linear stages ensure high measurement accuracy. All camera-based devices come with an easy-to-use image analysis software package that can generate reports according to the standards required for various applications/industries. As with many other Plano products, our advantage lies in our ability to customize and mass-produce these devices at reasonable cost. Because we manufacture all optics, mechanical components, electronics and software in-house, we are often able to offer custom systems at the same price as standard systems.
